Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the company's overall sales target, formulate a market expansion plan (annual, quarterly, monthly);


2. Responsible for market research and demand analysis; represent the company to participate in various regional exhibitions, develop new customers, and expand sales channels


3. Responsible for the daily training, work management and supervision, performance appraisal and incentives of the foreign trade team;


4. Responsible for signing bulk trade contracts and supervising the execution of contracts, and handling related business matters


5. Optimize and promote foreign trade platforms, formulate and plan promotions and promotional activities


Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, English CET level 6 or above;


2. More than 5 years of factory import and export trade experience, more than 3 years of team management experience, and lithium battery sales experience is preferred;


3. Familiar with export business process, familiar with foreign trade import and export laws and regulations, and possess professional knowledge and related skills in trade management;


4. Familiar with Alibaba International Station and product promotion on social platforms such as Google, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc., experience in foreign exhibitions and local promotion is preferred;


5. Strong leadership skills and talents in team management, excellent project organization ability and market development ability, rigorous planning and organization ability, communication ability, and business negotiation ability


6. Have a strong sense of work responsibility and professional ethics, have a strong charisma and cohesion, and have a strong sense of professionalism
